To estimate the total delivery time for your order,please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.Orders are processed from Monday-Friday 9am-2pm EST, excluding holidays. We do not ship on the weekend and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. If your order is up to 70 euros your shipping cost is free.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 30 Euros. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to brule.ofc@gmail.com  with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.

Can I return my order?

You are always welcome to return your order by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 14 days of receiving a product ordered. 

You can return your order for up to 14 days from receiving it. 

Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?

You can change your order as long as it is not yet shipped from our warehouse until one day . Contact our team here

I want to exchange my item. How do I proceed?

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return steps.

If you decide you don’t want the item , a 50€ restocking and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Limited edition products can not be refunded.
